Granite provides administrative support services for physicians. Depending on the selected service or membership, support may include document organization, credentialing coordination, recruiter and agency coordination, assignment tracking, scheduling support, travel-related administrative coordination, deadline tracking, and related non-clinical support.
Granite does not provide medical care, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, employment placement guarantees, clinical credentialing determinations, licensure decisions, or services that require a professional license unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Memberships and Fees
Membership pricing, onboarding fees, and included services are described on our website or in a written service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, memberships are month-to-month and may be changed or discontinued in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
Scope of Support
Memberships are designed to provide recurring administrative support within the ordinary scope of the selected plan. Requests that are unusually large, urgent, complex, outside the described service scope, or materially more time-intensive than normal recurring support may require a separate project fee or written agreement. We will communicate any additional charge before proceeding with separately billable work.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, reviewing documents and submissions where your approval is required, maintaining appropriate professional licenses and credentials, and making final decisions concerning your career, assignments, contracts, travel, clinical work, and professional obligations.
No Guarantee of Third-Party Outcomes
Granite may coordinate with staffing agencies, healthcare facilities, credentialing teams, licensing bodies, travel vendors, and other third parties. We do not control those parties and cannot guarantee credentialing approval, licensure, assignment confirmation, scheduling, travel availability, response times, or any other third-party outcome.
